HOW IT WORKS
1)...The USGARAGESALE.COM is an Escrow Service. We conduct the sale and transaction for you.
2)...Upon approval the US GARAGE SALE will promote, advertise and market your item(s).
3)...When Sale is made BUYER pays the US GARAGE SALE and SELLER is notified.
4)...SELLER ships item to the BUYER after payment is verified.
5)...BUYER receives merchandise and has 3 days to accept or reject item(s) purchased.
6)...US GARAGE SALE pays the SELLER.
7)...This process of sale takes time but it Eliminates all Fraud and Verifies your payments.
Agreement:
A. You set the price. For the quickest sale – the lowest price you will accept is ALWAYS the best.
Your ad and information MUST include your full name, address, email, phone number, alternate phone number, (if available) AND your ad and information MUST contain accurate and complete information concerning all things regarding your item(s) for sale including but not limited to age, condition and value. We use our website, email, address and phone numbers to negotiate sales.
B. After payment is received by the USGarageSale.com SELLER is notified and MUST ship the item(s) to the BUYER within 5 business days. SELLER must have and retain legal and official shipping receipt to guarantee payment. It is highly recommended that the SELLER ship using a “Signed Delivery Confirmation”. Otherwise there can be no guarantee of delivery.
C. If BUYER is unsatisfied with item(s) BUYER MUST notify the USGarageSale.com within 5 business days of receiving product and ship item(s) back to Seller. If BUYER does not contact the USGarageSale.com within 5 days of receiving the purchased item(s) and ship item(s) back to the Seller within 8 working days the sale will be considered final and funds will be released to the Seller.
D. The USGarageSale.com will track sales and provide contact information by phone numbers, email and website. Commission will be deducted from the total amount of the transaction received from the Buyer.
E. BUYER may ship item(s) back to the SELLER within 8 business days of reception and of notifying the USGarageSale.com with the intent to do so. Buyer must ship item(s) back to the Seller in the same condition as received. All funds will be returned to the BUYER should no sale take place. Buyer is responsible for Return shipping costs unless other agreements are made with the USGarageSale.com. Shipping receipts are proof and evidence of shipment and dates. Shipping party is responsible for value of item(s). Insurance for value of item(s) shipped is not mandatory but highly recommended because the shipping party is responsible for the value of the item(s). All parties agree to this since the circumstance of transit of merchandise is beyond the control of either party.
If BUYER does not ship item(s) back to the Seller and contact the USGarageSale.com within 5-8 business days the parties understand that the BUYER has purchased the item(s) and is satisfied. Funds will be released to the SELLER. Once funds are released to the SELLER the sale is FINAL and COMPLETE. No party including the USGarageSale.com shall be held liable in any case or for any reason at this point. Also it is agreed by all parties involved whether having read this agreement or not (it is posted on the website) that the USGarageSale.com is the final arbiter and judge in all matters of dispute or contest in all transactions, communications or sales.
F. The USGarageSale.com reserves the right to decline any ad. Any content or pictures sent to the USGarageSale.com by email, postal mail or any other form of communication cannot be returned.
G. By signing this agreement I agree to all the terms herein stated in the marketing and selling of my item(s), herein described
